About Amy
I’m Amy, founder of Meridian Manual Osteopathy.
After more than a decade working in orthopedic surgery, I found myself increasingly drawn toward healthcare approaches that looked beyond symptoms alone. Osteopathy aligned deeply with me because it combines the science of anatomy and physiology with a broader understanding of how the body adapts, recovers, and functions as an interconnected system.
Today, I combine my background in healthcare with advanced osteopathic training to provide individualized treatment that considers how structure, movement, and function work together to support overall health.

Treatment is always adapted to your comfort level and individual needs. Many patients find treatment gentle and relaxing.

No referral is required to book an osteopathic treatment.
Please note Amy Lutz does not provide medical diagnosis. If there are concerns, medical clearance for manual therapy from your physician will be requested.

As a member of OSTCAN, osteopathic treatment is eligible for coverage under many extended health benefit plans. Coverage varies depending on your individual provider and policy, so it is always recommended to confirm your benefits directly with your insurance company. Direct billing is available with select providers.

Nothing special is required to prepare for an appointment, although it is best that you dress in comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. You may be asked to remove your shoes, belt, and watch.

The amount of treatments recommended varies between individuals and your health goals, your body’s response to treatment and ability to adapt.
Please note length of treatment may vary but is typically between 20-30 minutes.
